[when flayn feeds the gray bunny, it hops down the hallway to the door with a new moon, allowing her to follow it to a standard camp office. there's a desk with a chair across from it, but black shadows isn't seated. they're standing near the office window, staring out of it, unmoving.

they turn to face flayn when they hear her enter, though on spotting her, they... shrink back a little.]

...Flayn. Apologies for earlier. Didn't realize anyone would...

I'm sorry.

[She follows the bunny down the hall. She's a little less speedy than she would normally be, but luckily there aren't a whole lot of twists and turns to be taking. It's pretty straightforward and once she arrives, she opens the door gently.]

I— no, you do not need to apologize to me.

[A beat.]

That is actually part of why I wished to speak with you... to remind you that what happened is not your fault.

WEEK 0, SATURDAY

[gatonina]

[after feeding the purple bunny, it dashes off and out the door though it seems to adjust its speed so that flayn can keep up. it leads her toward the kitchen and the door opens for it, allowing the bunny to hop along inside. inside the kitchen is purple heart who stands in the middle of the room, seemingly staring at nothing at all. upon hearing footsteps, however, they turn their head to face her and nod in greeting.]

Flayn...hello. Shouldn't you be resting?

[She glances pointedly at their hand.]

Should you not be doing the same?

WEEK 0, SATURDAY

[gatonina]

[after feeding the blue bunny, it will hop out off the directors' office... though noticeably at a speed that flayn can comfortably keep up with. she will have to walk all the way north to the isolation cabin, where the bunny will veer to the left. there, she will find winter wizard leaning against the exterior wall. the blue bunny hops around their feet, and they turn their head to face her.]

...Flayn. [...] I am so sorry.

[Oh, good. A nice, considerate bunny. Flayn follows it along the path, realizing as they work their way through the camp that their destination is most likely the isolation cabin. Sure enough, there's Winter Wizard.

Flayn inclines her head in greeting to them as she approaches.]

I did not come here for an apology, Winter. Please do not blame yourself for what happened. [She sighs.] ...how are you holding up?

W1, WEDNESDAY

[the gray bunny has a flower tied into the ribbons decorating it, when it leads flayn to the gardens. black shadows is waiting for her there at one of the gazebos, lurking in a somewhat nervous manner; there's a red bow affixed to one side of their hood, and they're holding a pink peony in their hands.

they nod to flayn when she approaches, a slightly quicker gesture than normal.]

Flayn. ...Am pleased to see you.

[the gardens are lovely; flayn can't help but admire the flowers as she follows the bunny to the gazebo. however, as lovely as their surroundings are, her attention immediately slips away from them and focuses solely on the person waiting for her at the gazebo.

she brightens up immediately and smiles.]

And I am pleased to see you! Thank you for making the time to meet with me this morning, Black Shadows.

W1, POST TRIAL

[the gray bun will lead flayn not to the gardens this time, but to the farm, where black shadows is surveying the fields. they're still full of weeds, but everything is growing...

their rabbit nudges their robes, and they turn to face flayn, their posture relaxing as they do.]

Flayn.

...expect it is little comfort to hear, but am... relieved you are all right.

[her heart gives a leap to hear that, but...

after a moment, her expression falls.]

...I do not understand how you can say that, knowing what I did.

W1, SATURDAY

[not long after flayn feeds the purple bunny, it zips down the hall toward a door marked as 3C 💜, granting her temporary access to the hallway. the door swings open for the bunny and as she enters the office she'll find that the lights are dimmed a bit and purple heart is seated on the floor with their head tilted back against the wall as the bunny settles in their lap. upon flayn's entrance, however, they turn their head and greet her with a short bow of their head. the bunny is also holding the flower flayn brought, and purple heart's hands gently take it to begin fixing it to balance in the bun's ears.]

Flayn...please come in.

[unexpected, but she follows the bunny in. she wouldn't have blamed purple heart at all if they'd told her to get lost.

anyway, once she's inside and the door is shut behind her -]

I am so sorry!

[...it's a relief to be able to say it.]

WEEK ONE, SATURDAY

[after flayn feeds the blue bunny, it zips past her and down the hallway toward a door marked as 3B ❄️. the door swings open for the bunny, and inside she will find the same office she visited on monday. winter wizard is seated at the desk, writing something down when they notice their bunny zip past their desk to settle down on a wooden bed in the far corner of the room. snapping their notebook shit, they gesture at one of the other chairs.]

Flayn... Go ahead and take a seat.

[flayn takes a seat, as instructed, but now that she's here in front of winter, she doesn't seem to know what to say. winter knows what she just did. and they both know that there's a not insignificant chance that in the future, she and shinobu will be given the same task.

but, still...

her voice comes out a little weakly when she speaks.]

...how soon will we have to do this again? Can you tell me that?

W1, SUNDAY

[the gray bunny leads flayn to the lake, this time. black shadows seems to have just finished feeding the shark and possibly also the lake monster, but they turn to face her as she approaches.]

Flayn. ...are you well?

[she doesn't look well. she looks guilty, but that isn't a surprise to anyone by now, is it?]

...Ogata. Was he one of yours?

W2, SUNDAY

[the gray bunny leads flayn to the office marked with a new moon, where black shadows has moved a beanbag in and is just. settled in that, instead of their chair. they're fine.]

Flayn. Am... sorry you had to see that.

[she shakes her head immediately and crouches down next to the beanbag. her expression is concerned.]

I am sorry that you had to do that. [...] How are you faring...?

W3, TUESDAY

[black shadows is on office duty, so when she wants to speak-- they nod, standing and leading her back to their office, where they take a seat at their desk.]

Flayn. Everything all right?

[...so far so good! there isn't an immediate rush of memories, which is... maybe a little reassuring. she's still not entirely convinced that the directors won't eventually be in danger, but if they're not subject to the same effects, then maybe...

admittedly, after monday, she can't help but wonder who is under black shadows's hood.]

I wanted to see how you were doing... um, you are aware of ... the things we are experiencing this week, yes? Have you been afflicted by the same thing?

W3, TUESDAY

[not long after feeding the purple bunny, it darts off and runs out of the office and toward the camp store. as flayn follows it, she'll find that the door opens for both her and the bunny and purple heart is seated at the check-out counter. the bunny hops its way across the floor, immediately bowling into a small toy to play while purple heart looks up from a cup of something they're drinking.]

Ah, Flayn. How are you?

I am... well enough, I suppose.

[though some of the discussions people have been having today have been tough to listen to. who knew love arrowing zenitsu and asch would cause such a stir?]

W3, TUESDAY

[After feeding the blue bunny, it zips past the receptionist's desk (bye, shadows!) and towards the room marked as 3A CONFERENCE ROOM. Inside, Flayn will find a couch pushed against one wall, a whiteboard on the wall opposite to the door, and a low circular table with beanbag chairs set around it. There is a water cooler and snack shelf in one corner of the room, and decorative plants can be found here and there. Veronica is seated at the table, nursing a mug of hot chocolate between her hands while reading a magazine. There's another mug on the table, though this one has a lid — presumably to keep it warm. She glances up once Flayn enters, the blue bunny hopping onto one of the beanbags.] Flayn, hey. Come over here and take a seat.

[Flayn smiles and heads on over to sit down with her.]

Hello, Veronica! How are you doing today?

W5, SATURDAY

[flayn knows what his cabin looks like now-- that's where the rabbit leads her, the door swinging open for her, and wen ning is there to meet her. he immediately looks concerned, just... offering her his hands, if she needs to take them.]

...Flayn. I'm- sorry.

[she takes wen ning's hands so she doesn't yeet herself into the blood lake, to be honest.]

Wen Ning, I do not— I do not understand. I wanted to be caught, so why...?

W5, SATURDAY

[when flayn feeds the purple rabbit, she dashes down the hall and toward purple heart's office where junpei is seated behind his desk. as she enters, he looks at her quietly before gesturing to a free chair.]

...how are you doing?

[she looks pretty damn dead inside as she sits down.]

...not well. I do not understand how this could have happened. [...] I did not think I was being... subtle.

[well. she was as unsubtle as the "no confessions" rule would allow.]

WEEK FIVE, SATURDAY

[This time, Bluekie will lead Flayn to the blue cabin. She will find Veronica sitting on her bed, rubbing her forehead — though she moves to stand up seconds after the door swings open for both Flayn and the bunny.] Flayn— [She sounds so, so concerned because... well. One, that was terrible. And two, Flayn wasn't exactly being subtle about wanting to be caught. She will offer her hand if she wants to take it.] I'm... I'm so sorry.
