Yeah. There was this girl, Edelgard. Very smart and powerful lady but sometimes she just did not know when to back down and let other people talk, or when to let things go.
Definitely sounds familiar. On the ship, her position held no power over us but she did have a role that was meant to help us protect people. She, uh, inherited it from Escha.

...well. It's more like Edelgard thought she knew better than the people advising her. She doxxed herself, and the other two who were a part of her role, and it got somebody killed. They could have brought someone back to life if that hadn't happened, but...it didn't work out that way.
She is a good leader. When I return home, I will be returning to her class - and someday, she will lead the Adrestian Empire. I look forward to seeing what sort of country it will become under her guidance.
I hope so, too. ...I am sure that it will. If we manage to overcome this, despite how... awful everything feels right now... then there is nothing we cannot achieve, is there not?
