Yes. It's bitter, usually, unless you add cream and sugar to it. Some people prefer the bitterness but there's no shame in wanting to change the taste. [it takes a bit, but eventually the coffee maker produces enough for two small cups.]
Oh, I tend to go both ways. For now though...perhaps sweet? We ought to have some cream still and there's always plenty of sugar. [give them a moment to also fetch some mugs and spoons to prepare the coffee.]
