On Monday afternoon, regardless of where Beau and Wei Wuxian are, they will each soon find the large gray flemish giant at their feet, circling around them before zooming its way back to the directors' office. It will continue hounding each of them until they follow, leading them into the door marked 3D 🌑. As they each enter, they'll get the urge to check their travel guide, and upon opening it they will find new rules updated for their eyes and their eyes alone. Rules for Ghosts 2.) On certain weeks, however, the team leader may task the Ghosts with eliminating one person from the competition in addition to their normally assigned task. 3.) While assignments require that both Ghosts collaborate, that is not necessarily the case when eliminating a camper. While both must come to an agreement on who to eliminate, it is not necessary that both become involved in the act itself. It is up to the Ghosts' discretion to decide if they will act as accomplices to each other, or only send one of their own to carry out the task. After reviewing the rules, whichever of them arrives first will see Black Shadows seated at their desk. Were they there a moment ago...? Hm. Well. Their Director gives them a nod, gesturing for them to sit in one of the two chairs provided. "Please sit. Will begin when both are present. May ask questions then, for both to hear answers." |

WEEK ONE
W1: SPEAK WITH BLACK SHADOWS
This week-- can choose someone to protect, together.

Anyway, at least??? Wei Wuxian won't be yelling at them?? But, like, the absolutely frigid, furious smile he's wearing when he snaps his rulebook shut sure isn't much better. IT MAY IN FACT BE WORSE, DEPENDING. There is absolutely the sense that if he thought it would help to leap out of his chair, over the desk, and attempt to strangle the void, he would try it.
Instead, bitterly, in a bitterass tone that is somehow still eerily buoyant:]
Hahaha! Oh, goodness - how familiar. Let me guess! You had no control in setting this up? Or the terms? The lethal part of it, perhaps? Haha, did you choose this week's task to placate us, kind friend? Shall we thank you for your generosity?

W2: SPEAK WITH BLACK SHADOWS
This week... two assignments. First, to review another. May learn more about the person you choose-- what team they are on, who they spoke with. May send anonymous letter to one other person as well. But second...
[their head bows.]
Must ask to eliminate someone. Both may go, or one may go, but both must agree on choice.
[and then there's another pause.]
...would like to speak with you both about something, before choices are made. Have not been able to be honest with you about something.

WEEK THREE
W3: SPEAK WITH WEN NING
[he starts off with that, but he speaks a little haltingly, like he's hesitant to continue.]
This week, you can protect someone again. It... will work like the first week I gave you an assignment, but I can explain again if... if you need me to.
[wen ning hesitates once more, there, before he finally manages:]
But I... I'm sorry. I really am. I have to... ask you to eliminate someone this week, too.

WEEK FOUR
W4: TALK TO WEN NING
This week, you can review someone again, and you'll be able to send an anonymous note. The same rules apply as last time... I can look over it for you, though.
[...and a pause. he looks just as unhappy as the last time he had to say this.]
But I... I have to ask you to... [a shake of his head.] You need a target to eliminate this time, too. I'm sorry that I can't... give you a break.
