Canon: Your character's canon.
Age: an approximation is acceptable if none is officially listed.
Canon Point: Where in their story is your character coming from? Please note, this should be the same as your original canonpoint! We will not be allowing canon updates at this time.
Previous Game: Please provide a link to your character’s original game and the status page.
Background: You can provide a wiki link or a very brief summary!

Game History: A brief summarization of your character’s previous game! You may write this in a bullet list or in paragraphs, but we want to know about important CR they had, tasks they did, roles they performed, and anything impactful that occurred along with their game’s mechanics.

Personality: You can basically copy and paste what you put in your original app!

Motivations: One or two paragraphs detailing what your character may be playing for, why, and to what extent. We want to know what drives them into action, and what ending they want to achieve.

Moral Alignment: If you're not sure, check out this website and choose your best approximation.
Measurements: Much like

bluesclues, we ask players to provide an estimation of hand size, foot size, height and weight! If you don’t have a canon height and weight, an approximation is fine. Please use an approximation for hand and foot size-- small, average, or large for their height/weight!

Home Item: All characters may come into the game with one item from home. This would be the item from your original game! If your character did not possess their item at the end of the game, please let us know.
Game Item: In addition to their own item from home, all characters will be permitted to keep one item they received in their previous game. This item must be relatively small, it cannot be a weapon, and the character must have still been in possession of it by the end of their previous game. Any items with special abilities will be nerfed. If your character did not possess an item like this at the end of the game, please let us know.
Journal: What journal will you be using for this game?
Additional Tasks: Should the modteam need to reach out to players for additional IC tasks for the game, would you be willing to take on extra objectives?
