DEAR PIZZA PARTY, TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GOOD DAY...

On Monday afternoon, regardless of where the Wickets, Ghosts, Thieves and Counselors are, they will each soon find a familiar blue, gray or purple bunny at their feet, circling around them before zooming its way back to the directors' office. It will continue hounding each of them until they follow, leading them into the door marked 3A CONFERENCE. Inside, they will find a couch pushed against one wall, a whiteboard on the wall opposite to the door, and a low circular table with bean bag chairs set around it. There is a water cooler and snack shelf in one corner of the room, and decorative plants can be found here and there. Their rules will remain unchanged. However, that does not mean there haven't been a shift in the status quo. There is no dartboard when they enter the conference room. No choices to make. Nothing. Instead, the group will find stacks of pizza boxes (the brand has been blacked out with a sharpie), ice cream, soda and other assorted treats. In the back of the room, they will spot a handmade banner that reads: After noticing all these things, whichever of them arrives first will notice that Veronica, Junpei and Wen Ning are seated at the low table. Were they always there...? Oh, well. They plop their respective bunny down on their lap and gesture at them to take a seat. It's time to chat. |
TALK TO VERONICA
Grab a pizza and chill with us. It's your going away party.

Oh.
I really sucked at my job, didn't I?
no subject
Frankly speaking, both of our jobs were fairly useless considering we did need someone to die every week.

[THAT IS BETTER THAN HIS 0% HIT RATE]

[Just. Giving him a look. She will fight you, Akira Kurusu.]
Sit. Pizza. Eat.

Yes, boss.

[She nudges the tub over to him.]
If you've been eating pizza, you should have saved a couple of slices for us.

[. . .]
Did it have to be pizza. . .
no subject
[The NPCs weren't invited to your pizza parties, please.]
no subject
Feel like some other people deserve pizza. Escha, Phoenix. . . maybe we could bring them some?

no subject
Thank goodness... I was really afraid we would have to act again.
no subject
[Hello, Flayn... Would she like some ice cream?]
There's only one team standing, anyway. That requirement has been met. So... all we have left is to wait.
no subject
It is like it was at the start, then...? Wait patiently?
[...only hopefully without an accidental murder this time.]

Thanks. It's your party. So do what you want.

I think we've all earned this party, don't you? [Gently nudging her!]

We've truly done something right, then?

She nods at that, looking relieved.]
We're on the same team now. Technically, that means there's only one team left standing.
no subject
I am relieved to know our idea was right. Thus it's only a matter of drawing out the pink voice and waking our sleeping ones left, yes?

I'm glad you guys are doing okay. After the whole marriage and de-hooding thing.

[She should not joke about it, and yet...]
What about you guys? How are you doing after, um, all of that?
