[Well. Ash's monitor moves onto the next screen, but he won't see it since he immediately booked it for the door. The door is locked and he will not be able to leave the assembly room. Nothing else of note happens within his room.

Meanwhile, Akira, Phoenix and Belph will all see the same screen after pressing start. It reads:]

I. MAKE YOUR SELECTION:

[Well. For reasons, Ash's screen does not say the same thing as the other three. Instead, his screen simply reads:]

APPROACH MACHINERY
AND HOLD STILL
FOR 15 SECONDS

Meanwhile, Akira, Belph and Phoenix's monitors will say:]

DEPOSIT MASK
IN RECEPTACLE

[A second later, a slot will open below the monitors in Akira, Belph and Phoenix's rooms. Seems like that's where they're meant to place their masks.]

sure? he trusts things now, apparently. so he'll just go over to that machinery and hold still. hopefully he won't be throttled to death by the bot! ]

[Akira plucks the Akechi mask from his features and deposits it into the slot. BYE???]

[Goodbye, masks! Like, all four of the masks. Because one of the robot arms is going to grab Ash while another abruptly peels the Brilith mask off Ash's face. Enjoy being a walking body horror for now, my dude.

Either way, the masks will be transferred to the machines. The machine arms will then slap the masks on the dolls — and the dolls will transform before their very eyes. It's still Barbie and Ken doll anatomy all the way, but the dolls have become uncanny valley replicas of Akechi, Brilith, Jae-ha and Peach. Yes, the Peach doll has transformed into a furry. It's fine.

There is a soft whirring sound, and then...

The dolls will slowly lift their heads, slowly blinking at the person in their respective room with an empty look in their eyes. They do not struggle against the arms currently holding onto them. They simply stay there, limp in their grasp, staring directly at the group. Akira, Ash, Belph and Phoenix are free to move around — but the dolls will track their movements with their eyes and head.

That said, it looks like the monitor has changed again! The touchscreen now reads:]

[ thanks bril-bot. ash does move around a bit, from side to side watching as the bot follows his movements. ]

[ he glances down at the monitor, thinking about it. ]

Fuck. Well at this point we've had to contribute something each time, haven't we?

Anyway— The needle arm stabs into the back of bots' heads. They grunt; a flinch as they tense up in a simulation of pain. Or, well, one can only hope it's a simulation. The arms drop the dolls like sacks of potatoes. They collapse on the floor, blinking as if dazed. It will take them a couple of seconds before they try to pick themselves up, mechanical bodies whirring.

The gang is free to approach their respective bots if they want. Maybe even lend them a hand. But the assembly rooms are unlocked now, so simply walking out is also an option.]

The robos will not attack them or anything. They do, however, seem very pleased by their aid. Like, genuinely happy? Or a very uncanny valley imitation of happiness. Their features are a bit too airbrushed for comfort. The bots are a bit unsteady on their feet, but will now follow their respective human out. And, uh, possibly to the ends of the Earth. They're kind of sticking a little too closely? Hm.

Now, what will the group do?]

[ well, he has a pet brilbot who may or may not wear his skin before the end of this break in but y'know what? it's fine. he's fine with the clingy bot. he has a metal nightmare face rn so he can't judge anyone.

[Well. Brilith-Bot and Akechi-Bot may or may not have calmly picked up a discarded robot arm upon catching sight of each other. But it's fine? It's fine.

They open the door



and immediately, music begins to play. The four bots gasp and begin to clap politely. Confetti and sparkles descend from the ceiling to shown down on the group, clinging to all the oil they have accumulated until now. A table with eight chairs waits for them in the middle of the room, streamers and balloons and pink and blue decorations surrounding it. A lovely cake sits on top of the table, along with eight party hats and eight party horns. In the back of the room, they will spot a banner that reads:]

CONGRATULATIONS, DAD(DIES)!!!!!

[There are also four more doors in this room, windows beside them like in all the previous rooms. The lights are on this time.

At least......... there's no more oil in this room? Or kill room plastic wrap? It's fine.]
