WELCOME TO CAMP GATONINA...

... Your home away from home! As you step out of the bus for the first time, there are a couple of things you will notice immediately. First is the large, wooden arching sign hanging overhead with the words CAMP GATONINA written on it. Second, are the words BUP STOP spray painted on the ground before you. Third, is the fact that you've found yourself at... summer camp? Oh, dear.

The sign hangs over a dirt path, surrounded by well maintained greenery and a whole lot of fog. Though it's impossible to see beyond the fog, there is still a sizable portion of camp that you can safely explore. Please kick back, and make the best out of the time you will spend in this beautiful place.

Director's Office: Located close to the camp sign and featuring a drawing of a rabbit on its front door, this cabin is the largest in camp. Venture inside to find a pleasantly air conditioned environment and a small waiting room, equipped with twelve foldable chairs and a receptionist's desk obstructing the path to a narrow hallway beyond reception. Though it doesn't look like you can cross over without permission, there is a placard on the wall beside the hallway that states: 3A CONFERENCE ROOM, 3B ❄️, 3C 💜, 3D 🌑, 3E BATHROOM, and 3F BUNNY ROOM. While you cannot access these at this time, there is still plenty to see in the waiting room!

Particularly, there is an announcement board hanging from the leftmost wall, where the directors will post their weekly tasks and other relevant tidbits of information. Campers are welcome to make use of this board if they wish, as there are plenty of thumbtacks to go around. Additionally, there are... three bunnies freely hopping inside the waiting room? Huh. There seems to be a note about them on the board, so you may want to read that before interacting with the bunnies. Finally, while the office is open 24 hours every day with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays, you can usually find one director manning the desk from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Mess Hall: Exactly what it says on the tin. Located just past the Director's Office, the Mess Hall is outfitted with enough foldable tables and chairs to comfortably seat everyone, and then some. A poster listing the rules found on your travel guide can be found on one of the walls. On the other side of the room is a self-service buffet line that divides the mess hall from the open, adjacent kitchen. You cannot enter the kitchen from here... unless you plan to parkour over the metal trays and glass display, and step on everyone's food in the process. However, you can clearly see everything in the other room from here.

The meals in the buffet line are simple, but they rotate between Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM respectively. A bugle call will be heard across the camp at those hours, signaling the change in menus. Beyond that, there is a coffee dispenser machine, a juice dispenser, a tray filled with ice, bottled water and canned drinks, as well as miscellaneous individually-packaged snacks. Trays, plates and cutlery can be found at the start of the buffet line, and everyone is expected to deposit their used dishes on top of the waste receptacle by the exit. Finally, an enclosed bulletin board can be found next to the door leading outside. There are two notable things inside the bulletin board: A ton of pinned boarding passes, and three strange lists. The glass cannot be broken, and while you may try to pick the lock, nothing will come out of your attempts.

Kitchen: You can enter the kitchen by stepping through a door at the end of the buffet line. The kitchen itself is narrow, but equipped with everyone you need to produce a large amount of food as quickly as possible. The pantry, freezer and fridge are fully stocked, and all of the appliances are on an industrial level. If the simple meals found in the Mess Hall aren't enough to satisfy you, you're free to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Just try not to make too much of a mess. Anyone in the other room can see what you're doing, after all.

Camp Store: Venture past the Mess Hall, and you will find a quaint little cabin helpfully labeled as Camp Store. Step inside to find that it is exactly as the placard says. The store contains unique products that are not found elsewhere in the camp, ranging from useful to silly little trinkets that will make the time you spend here a little less dreadful. Everything is neatly organized on wooden shelves and tables, and a large sign hangs at the back of the store. It reads: SAME PRICE ACROSS THE STORE. 1 VOUCHER!

The check-out counter itself is in the leftmost corner of the room, though it's nothing overly fancy. It consists of an old desk with a rusting locked cash box on top, a portable clip-on fan pinned to a corner of the desk, and an old chair behind it. The store itself is open from 9AM to 4PM every day of the week except Friday, Saturday and Sunday. One of the directors can usually be found behind the check-out counter during these hours. Please note, however, that the items found in the store cannot be removed without first paying for them. For more information on how the Camp Store operates, please visit this post.

Multi Sport Court: Follow the leftmost path when it forks at the Camp Store, and you will eventually find yourself at an open air multi-sport court. It's extremely versatile, and can be used to play basketball, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and so forth. The equipment you need to make this happen is stored in a small metal shed by the right side of the court. Be careful while using the court, however! The fog intensifies a couple of yards away from this location, preventing you from following the dirt path past this point.

Residential Cabins: Take the right path when it forks at the Camp Store, and you will eventually find a group of cabins surrounding a bonfire. Ten of these cabins are identical in shape, color and size; the only way to tell which cabin is yours is by checking the animal symbol proudly stamped on its door. You will need the respective cabin key to enter, but once you step inside, you will find a rather... cozy space? Sure, let's call it that.

Each cabin is equipped with the same exact set of furniture: Two bunk beds pushed against adjacent walls and outfitted with mattresses, sheets and pillows. There is a rickety desk pushed against the wall between the two pairs of bunk beds, with a foldable metal chair and a single drawer. Should you open the drawer, you will find bug spray, chapstick and sunscreen. How thoughtful. Unfortunately, however, none of the cabins come equipped with a bathroom. Yikes. But, hey! It's not all bad. Stacked on top of the desk, you will find a couple of cardboard boxes, each one with the name of someone who resides in the cabin. Open it up to find one (1) casual outfit from home (read: no armor or protective gear), an item from home, and an item from your previous game. Should any of these "items" be a pet, you will instead find it roaming the cabin. Here's to hoping Fluffy didn't make too much of a mess.

As of Week 0, there is now a chicken condo (chondo) outside of Deer Cabin.

Blue Cabin: Nestled between all the other residential cabins, you will find Winter Wizard's personal lodgings. Though it is identical to the other ten cabins in its shape and size, the door is different from the other cabins. Specifically, it is a bright blue door with a large drawing of a snowflake on it, as opposed to an animal. Only the camp directors can open the door and venture inside.

Purple Cabin: Nestled between all the other residential cabins, you will find Purple Heart's personal lodgings. Though it is identical to the other ten cabins in its shape and size, the door is different from the other cabins. Specifically, it is a bright purple door with a large drawing of a heart on it, as opposed to an animal. Only the camp directors can open the door and venture inside.

Gray Cabin: Nestled between all the other residential cabins, you will find Black Shadows' personal lodgings. Though it is identical to the other ten cabins in its shape and size, the door is different from the other cabins. Specifically, it is a gray door with a large drawing of a new moon on it, as opposed to an animal. Only the camp directors can open the door and venture inside.

Bonfire: Smackdab in the middle of the aforementioned cabins, the bonfire is clearly meant to be a space where everyone can get together, roast marshmallows, and have a grand time. Log benches are arranged around the bonfire, which burns bright through day and night. Not even bad weather seems to be enough to quell the flames. Huh.

Public Bath: Your cabins may not have a bathroom, but that doesn't mean you have to forsake hygiene for the duration of your stay! You will find a communal bathroom if you follow the path beyond the residential cabins. The public bath is divided into three areas. The first is a storage room. Here, you can find towels, fresh underwear in all sizes, non-slip sandals, and toiletries. The second is a room lined with five individual toilet stalls on one side of the room, and sinks and mirrors on the other. Finally, the third room hosts ten individual shower stalls for your privacy. Every stall in the public bath comes with a lock, and the doors are opaque from ceiling to floor. No peeking, okay?

Isolation Cabin: Continue down a somewhat overgrown path, and you will eventually come across a single, lonely cabin with a devil face drawn on its door. The fog becomes thicker in this area, encroaching on the path but still allowing enough visibility to approach and enter the cabin. Once inside, you will find that the isolation cabin consists of two things. The first is a cozy little sitting area with bean bags, an old couch, board games, and a mini fridge stocked with snacks and beverages. The other... is a jail cell. The jail cell contains a bunk bed, a table with a chair, a sink, and a bathroom stall. The cell is locked from the outside, with a small opening to comfortably slip lunch trays and similarly sized items through, but the key cannot be found here.

Portal: After the fog recedes for the first time, you will find at the very edge of the forest a tree that doesn't quite look like it belongs. The color is odd, for starters, far too bright and unnatural. Furthermore, the tree itself is strangely cold to the touch at all times. If you knock on it, you will discover that the tree itself is hollow. There's a bottomless hole at the base of the trunk, large enough for a human being to fall through. Should you hop inside, you will find yourself somewhere else entirely... With the same tree right behind you, the hole will be waiting for you once you're ready to return to the camp — though you will find yourself unable to take any souvenirs with you once you return to camp. Mysteriously enough, the hole will disappear each Thursday evening and reappear the following Monday. Huh.

Please visit this thread to know which portal is active on any given week.

Gardens: Though there is nothing in the way of fruit or vegetables in here, you will find a surplus of beautiful flowers and small, woodland creatures. There are a couple of log benches in the area for anyone to kick back and enjoy the scenery. There are also two wooden gazebos, perfect for get togethers or outdoor BBQs, judging by the outdoor grill set up next to each one.

Farmlands: If you're in the mood for fresh radishes, potatoes, carrots, or any other fruit or vegetable — you're in luck! Surprisingly large and diverse, the farmlands are filled with all of the fruits and veggies you could ever wish for. You will have to harvest them yourself if you're in the mood for anything in particular, but all of the tools and equipment necessary for tending the land can be found in a metal shed by the entrance.

Lake: Surrounded by black sand and a dense forest, the lake is beautifully picturesque. It's the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the sun -- or perhaps stand by the shore and wet your feet. A wooden boardwalk allows you to walk past the sand and into the water without wetting your feet. Next to the boardwalk, you will find a large shack filled with fishing supplies and canoeing supplies. Surely enough, it seems like the lake is populated by all sorts of freshwater fish, and the canoes are free for the taking. Perhaps it's not a good idea to go skinny dipping in these waters.

Have fun, and try not to fall into the waters. After all... Who knows what lurks down there?

Laundry: This cabin consists of three top-load washing machines and three top-load dryers. They are all rusting, the white paint slowly but surely peeling off. Luckily, they seem to be perfectly functional... if you disregard all the noise they make, thumping around whenever someone attempts to use them. All the detergent and fabric softener you might need can be found stacked on a rusting, metal rack near the entrance.

Outdoor Theater: Situated under a canopy of trees just outside of the forest, the outdoor theater consists of a large 16:9 ratio screen, a projector, and a surround sound system. All of the electronic equipment is protected under a suspended, black tarp during rainy weather — but the same can't be said for the seats. Far from luxurious, anyone who wishes to use to outdoor theater will have to settle for one of the portable camp chairs set up in front of the screen. These can be moved around as necessary. Any snacks or beverages, however, will have to be brought from the kitchen.

The Forest: Now that the fog has receded slightly, you can finally see the lush forest that surrounds the camp. From cute chipmunks to terrifying bears, the forest is populated by a wide variety of fauna. Trees and foliage surround the dirt path connecting the camp to the forest itself... However, a word of caution to all. While the scrunchies will keep the animals from attacking you, you will get a sense of foreboding the deeper you step into the forest. The fog hasn't lifted completely, obscuring your vision the farther away you get from camp. Perhaps it would be best to turn around before you get lost.

???: If you're brave enough to enter the forest despite the fog, you find an overgrown path that leads straight to the charred remains of a cabin. It's less of a structure at this point, and more of a collapsed heap of thoroughly burnt logs. There is nothing salvageable buried beneath the remains, regardless of how much time you spend digging through it.

Memorial Hall: Small, cramped, and... eerily quiet. 41 display cases fill the room. Most of them are empty, but a few of them contain hollow clay figures, with empty eye sockets and empty, open mouths. These figures hold a resemblance to those who have died while in Camp Gatonina. Candles on the walls light this room, as there are no lightbulbs, and despite being unable to find any burning, there's the faint scent of incense.

As of W3 Sunday Evening, there are small bouquets on top of the display cases for the clay figures corresponding to all of the deceased.

Nurse's Office: Though it's a bit of a tight fit, the nurse's office is sufficiently equipped to deal with most medical emergencies. Those in need of amputations or intensive surgery might be shit out of luck, but the counters, cabinets and drawers are stocked with suture kits, bandages, antibiotics, pain killers, and so forth. There are two beds on one side of the room, with curtains to provide privacy to those who need it. A pair of sinks are installed side-by-side on the counters. Closer to the door is a desk with a chair and a loveseat, presumably for consultations... if there was a medical professional in this camp at all. Oof.

Petting Zoo: Ever wanted to pet a sheep? Or, maybe you have always dreamed of petting a donkey. Whatever the case may be, you are in luck! One of the features of the camp is a surprisingly diverse petting zoo. All of the animals are perfectly domesticated, and will never hurt a human unprovoked — regardless of whether they are fluffy little bunnies, or a whole ass tiger. The petting zoo itself is fenced off, and the different species are separated. You can find a shed near the entrance; this shed contains food for the animals, as well as all the equipment you might need to pamper and take care of them. How nice.

Stables: While the ponies in the petting zoo are cute, they are hardly fit for riding. Luckily, this is what the stables are for. If you ever get tired of walking around, you can take one of the horses in the stable out for a ride. All the horses are perfectly behaved, though they might become finicky or ill tempered in the face of an unexperienced rider. Just be patient, and feed them lots of delicious snacks.

Arts & Crafts Station: For those with more artistic sensibilities... or perhaps a whole lot of time to burn, the Arts & Crafts Station is stocked up with all sorts of materials and tools for whatever DIY project you crave, with the exclusion of woodwork and pottery. On one side of the room, you will find three cabinets, a shelf and a long wooden table. The cabinets and shelf all contain materials such as glitter, glue, cardstock, scissors, two dozen crayon boxes, watercolors, and so forth. On the other side of the room, there are two sewing machines and piles upon piles of fabrics in different colors and patterns. A single locker next to the sewing machines contains different colored strings, needles, yarn, crochet and knitting needles and buttons. In each section of the room you can find booklets with ideas for different projects, along with instructions for how to make them.

Finally, a little table sits at the back of the room. It has all the supplies you need to make macaroni art postcards. A drop-off box sits next to it. Perhaps you can use it to send a message to someone else...?

Storage Room: Because the supplies to keep this camp clean have to come from somewhere. Enter the storage room, and you will find a cabin filled with an assortment of tools, materials and cleaning supplies that can be used to maintain the camp in tip-top condition. Everything is neatly sorted into metal shelves that span the cabin from left to right. Trash pickers, brooms and mops line the wall, sorted by shape and size. If you want to do your part to keep your living spaces tidy, feel free to grab something from here. Just try not to empty the storage out, okay?

Outdoor Gym: Exactly what it says on the tin. Found in the deeper part of the gardens, the outdoor gym is loaded with exercise machines that are resistant to all types of weather. They are brightly colored, akin to playground toys, and in good conditions. Here, you will find things such as: fitness striders, fitness benches, pull up and dip stations, power towers, among others. A track for walking, jogging and running circles the rest of the equipment.

Archery Range: An outdoor archery range complete with six targets at different distances. There are nets and barriers between the targets for everyone's safety. The bow rack is located beneath a small, open shack by the dirt path. You can find the equipment you need to make use of the archery range here.

Clothing Store: There's no soup here.

But you will find a shit ton of clothes here, free for the taking and fit for all types of weather. Unfortunately, while there's some variation in style, there aren't a lot of options in terms of color. All articles of clothing are either blue, purple, gray, pink — or tie dye combinations of all four. The entire place is rows upon rows of similarly colored items, all emblazoned with the Camp Gatonina logo. How charming.

Entertainment Room: The entertainment room is, surprisingly, a little higher tech than the rest of the camp. While there are board games aplenty, as well as low tables with beanbag chairs for all sort of tabletop experiences, there are also video games and movies. There is a single TV screen hanging from the wall directly adjacent to the door. Hooked up to it, you will find popular gaming consoles such as: The N*ntendo 64, the Pl*ystation 2, and an Xb*x. This is in addition to a 2-in-1 player for VHS tapes and DVDs. There's a shelf next to the consoles and VCR, stocked with a small collection of horror movies and video games. There are no zombie movies in the horror collection, though.

Woodshop: Well, this explains why there's no woodworking equipment at the Arts & Crafts station. In this cabin, you will find everything you need to get started on your projects from saws, clamps, planers, sanders, drills, and so forth. Handheld tools are organized into shelves on the left side of the room, and the larger machines are all on the right side of the room. On the wall adjacent to the door is a long workbench with two lamps, and four electrical outlets to plug in whatever power tool you're using. Stacks of wood are haphazardly piled up in the corner.

Rope Course: Camp Gatonina's rope course mixes elements from both high and low courses. Starting off low, you have to make your way through a swinging balance beam, tire swings, zig zags, and a mohawk walk. The high elements consist of a wall, an alpine tower, hanging logs, and ladders. You will have to go through all of these to make it to the end of the path. Good luck.

Music Room: As the name implies, this cabin is filled with all sorts of instruments for producing music — including the more bizarre, such as otamatones and kazoos. The larger instruments, such as the piano and harp, are towards the back of the room. Guitars and violins can be found in their own stands, while the smaller, handheld instruments are delicately placed on a shelf. If you don't know how to use any of them, don't despair! There are textbooks for beginners on a shelf by the door, as well as several stacks of sheet music for those who know their way around their instrument of choice.

Library: While it's nothing fancy, the library carries a relatively good selection of books to appeal to everyone's tastes. Immediately upon entering, you will find two long tables with six seats each. Slapped on each wall are gentle reminders to clean up after yourself, avoid eating loud foods, and place the books back in their place once you're done. Rows of shelves line the room, each one neatly organized into different categories. You can easily find fairy tales, classic literature, modern novels, how to guides, science and medical textbooks, and so forth. This includes books from your own world, as well. How nice.

Mountains: Mind your step! The mountains span from east to west, going higher and higher as you make your way up the dirt path. There is nothing of interest up here besides the zipline, but for those who want to get a nice view of the entire camp, the climb might still be worth it. Just try not to trip and fall.

Zipline: Make your way up the mountains to find a zipline. This is exactly what it says on the tin, with a booth at the starting position and one at the end. The cable will take you from one side of the mountains to the other, partially traveling over the forest, lake and camp, until you reach the mountains behind the Isolation Cabin and Laundry. Safety equipment can be found in the initial booth, and there are racks to return it at the end of the zipline. Be sure to strap yourself in securely, however. It's a long drop.

Piste: Three sets of strips that are 14 meters long and 2 meters wide, perfect for fencing. An open shack faces the strips, with seats for those who want to serve as an audience (or maybe just those who want to take a break). Fencing gear is on a rack inside the shack, with variations in size for everyone at camp.

Amphitheatre: A large, outdoor stage surrounded by rows upon rows of foldable chairs. It doesn't hold a candle to other venues, but it will still do the trick for those who want to set up a small production or hold a meeting. A building is attached to the stage, hidden behind rolling curtains and a concrete canopy. Should you step inside, you will find props, stage make-up, and even a selection of costumes... A few of the costume racks seem like they have been ransacked, though.

Lounge: Good vibes only, folks. The lounge is decorated from top to bottom in pastel colors with geometric symbols, and small succulent plants to create what is, probably, meant to be a relaxing aesthetic. Unfortunately, this is ruined by the fact that the jukebox sitting in the upper left corner of the room seems to be stuck on two songs in particular. Nothing you can do will make it switch tracks or shut the heck up. But, hey, at least the bean bags and pillows dotting the room are comfortable! Most importantly, however, might be the well-stocked liquor cabinet and bar to the right of the jukebox. Here you can find wines, beers, rums, and so forth — along with ingredients to make mixed drinks.

Tech Lab: Home sweet home for those with a love for machines. The tech lab is here for all your DIY tech projects, or for those who need to repair something they already own. Guides for different projects can be found on a shelf by the door. A workbench is pushed up against the leftmost wall, illuminated by several lamps, and equipped with a magnifying glass, clamps, and soldering tools. Shelves line the room with a mix of tools and components. While there's nothing extremely advanced in this room, you can still find materials dating to around the late 2000s. Nice.
