We were. But it's all the more reason to take it seriously, especially now that it seems to be necessary.

Is Mr. Wright too formal then, too? [they shake their head.] You're only working for yourself, technically speaking. You've never had to do the tasks or anything if you didn't want to.

Sure. But you're camp leader and I'm a camper, right? So we can be a little more casual.

So what you're saying is you'd be more comfortable with being addressed as Phoenix.

Or Wright, or Nick. Whatever floats your heart.

Sir is a little too much for me, though.

I'll spare you my complains, but I do have some things I was wondering around.

And what precisely are those things?

Are you the ones that gave us our special skills?

Yes. Those were things we could impart on you once we were aware of your arrival.

Don't take this wrong way, because I'm not trying to blame you for anything....

... But some of those skills could be used for serious aggression. Seems like it's not the best choice for a volatile group like this one.

I know. It's...complicated to explain, but it's what we could do. We aren't forcing anyone to use them.

It goes a little against your insistence that you didn't want anyone to get hurt.

Is it something you can't directly explain?

No. I still stand by the fact we don't want anyone to get hurt. It's part of why we provided the things we could.

But those abilities that could be used to hurt others... how could they help?

There are two sides to everything. Name an example and I'm sure I could find a way to see the good and the bad to it.
