[they immediately follow up with a real answer though.] We aren't entirely sure, but we believe it has to do with some residual things that you brought along with you upon your arrival.

So like... we're bringing things with us from our previous locations? Weird.

[they can be counselors and there's even a light laugh at that.] It's something like that. Think of it like...be sprayed with cheap perfume. Even when you leave the make-up counter, the smell lingers and sticks with you and then other people have to smell it.

Would it have still been on us even in our regular worlds?

No, I don't think so. This may have been a very unique case and once we fix everything to send you home it should wear off. [probably.]

I hope so... I already have enough weird stuff going on back home without this.

Regardless, I'm of the opinion people shouldn't really take back things anyway. You obviously mean the things you say at the time, so...why bother?

Well... what you meant at the time doesn't mean it's what you actually feel.

I never said that, Stephanie. You can mean something without...you know, meaning it. Emotions are a very fickle and complicated thing, and that's why the heart must be treated delicately at all costs.

If I recall, someone did bring in a karaoke machine from their previous game. I'm not one for singing, but it might keep everyone in better spirits and mildly less paranoid.
