[Hold your horses, Belph! Stepping into the photocopy area, he will notice there are two photocopy machines and a metal shelf filled with different types of supplies. There is something on top of one of the two photocopy machines. Specifically, a box, a stack of pink paper slips, and a pen.
Checking computers 2, 3 and 4, Stephanie will find that they all need passwords. Similarly, they all have a label with something written on it in the upper right corner of the monitor. The computer at Desk #2 has a picture of an apple orchard as a background, #3 has a picture of a white room, and #4 has a picture of the sky.
On the desk in the private office, Ookurikara will notice a mug that says WORLD'S BEST GRANDPA; it is filled with pens, highlighters and pencils. There is a sticky note pad next to it. Something is written on the sticky note on top. A bell shaped paperweight is to the left of the keyboard. The computer is password protected as well, though the background is rather nice.]
[Well. Belph is free to try and steal them, but the box seems to be stuck to the top of the photocopy machine? Weird. He's free to take the paper slips and pen, however. Nice. The photocopy machines are fully functional. If he switches them on, he will find a list of documents in the queue.
The lockers that are against the wall are numbered, from left to right, 1 through 7. Steph is 100% free to open them. Is she opening all of them, or is she looking at one in particular?
The sticky note reads: Important meeting at 4:30PM. New competition is guaranteed to be a SMASHING success. Ookurikara will recognize the handwriting. Yes, Ray. It's exactly who you think it is.
[ she will start with 1, but will go through each locker. if any of them have something particularly interesting though she'll stop to examine it more closely. ]
[ he hates it even more! this bitch! but he's taking the sticky notes - and a couple pens, maybe, because they could really use some more writing utensils in camp. ]
Just some note about a meeting at 4:30pm. If you three see anything familiar, remember that it's probably an illusion.
[ he doesn't know shit about passwords though, so he's just. going to move on. looks like there are cabinets by the boardroom? can he look through those while ash handles the office? ]
It seems like he can tap on the name to view more details, but that only brings up the time of day they were sent and the name of the user that sent them. Will he check any of them out, or is he moving to the boardroom?
Meanwhile, Steph will find the following items inside the lockers:
Locker 1: A giant key with a mouse shaped keychain Locker 2: A red, serrated sword Locker 3: A sketchpad and a box of crayons Locker 4: A shark plushie Locker 5: A white bag, that seems to be stuffed full with something Locker 6: A baseball bat Locker 7: An electric drill
The cabinet between the couches and boardroom has nine drawers. However, all of them seem to have a slot to insert a key. If Kara tries to open one, he will find that it's super duper locked.]
[Ash gets shoved at desks 9-12 by the collective force of Francy, Jan and Ray. It's fine. Desks 9 and 12 don't have a computer on them, though they do have a few different items Ash could look through... or maybe Ash just stares into the void and says something witty. We just don't know. The computers on desks 10 and 11 have a label on the upper right corner; something is written on them if the group would like to read them. The computers are on screensaver mode.
If Belph clicks on each document, he will be given the option to print them out along with information on the user and time they were sent. In order: Nia 9:32 AM, Ayabe 11:09 AM, Roxas 11:11 AM, Miki 12:47 PM, Eichi 1:02 PM, and Shirasu 2:22 PM.
Desks 5 through 8 are similar to what Steph saw in the previous set. The computers are in screensaver mode, so she will have to move the mouse or hit the keyboard to check if they're unlocked. There are a number of different items on each desk, if she would like to check any in particular. Once again, all the computer monitors have a label on the upper corner.
Walking into the boardroom, Kara will find five chairs surrounding a long table and a TV screen. The chairs have a visible label on their right side. On top of the table, he will spot a remote, a folded piece of white paper, and three digital clocks shaped like animals. One is shaped like a chicken, and it says 30:00. The second is shaped like a cat, and it says 60:00. The third is shaped like a cow, and it says 90:00.]
[ she will read the label... but also yeah, she will wake the computers up because she's curious. she will also snoop to see what is surrounding each desk for the same reason. ]
Hopefully a sign that tells us what exactly we're looking for in here...?
[ ...alright. clocks, then. not at all concerning. what if he ignores those for now and goes to look at that folded paper, anything interesting on it? what about the chair labels? ]
[The documents seem to be one sheet each. When Belph prints them out, they come out with their blank side up.
The labels read, in order from Computers #5 through #8: Milla, Rapunzel, Fitzgerald, Mammon. Milla's background is set to... a village of sorts, Rapunzel's displays a kingdom, and Fitzgerald and Mammon. Uh. They have the same background. Jeez. All the computers are password protected. On Milla's desk Steph will spot a chicken shaped paperweight. On Rapunzel's she will find a stack of sticky notes; something is written on the first page. In Mammon's desk she will find a whole lot of forks. And on Fitzgerald's desk, she will find a photograph of Fitzgerald with a young, green haired boy she will find very familiar.
Meanwhile, the folded paper has something written inside. It reads:]
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. THE CLOCK YOU TOUCH IS YOURS. TAKE NONE, AND BE THROWN TO THE WOLVES IN 14:00.
also i only just looked at the clock images and wow they're cute, kara is dying, thank you. just to double-check, they aren't plugged in, right? but i mean even though he's checking that he's going to just. call back out to the others before doing anything. ]
There are clocks in here - a note says to take them, but there's only three of them. There might be a punishment for the last one.
[ which. leaves him a little concerned about who is going to, uh, get thrown to the wolves, but. look, he really likes that cat clock, it's so fucking adorable.
but first... he'll poke at the remote. maybe he even hits the power button by some crazy random happenstance? ]
Show up for the meeting at 4:25 to make a good impression!
[The clocks aren't plugged in. They're hand sized timers, so they can easily pick one up and take it with them. Poking the remote does nothing because I'm not kind enough to let Kara hit the power button. The desks do not have drawers, though.]

[ he wanders over to squint at it. ] It looks familiar enough. I might be able to.
[ what's on the screen.... ? is it something important...? ]

The documents do, in fact, have names. However, they seem to be random strings of numbers instead of actual words. The list is the following:
2. 1079011168
3. 1225370166
4. 107563354686974
5. 74566210717300419
