[after feeding the gray bunny, it heads into the hallway, giving yasusada temporary access to follow it to the door marked with a new moon. the door swings open for the bun, who hops on inside to make itself comfortable; it's a standard office, with a desk that has a single chair across from it.

black shadows isn't seated, though, lingering near the office window and just staring out of it until they hear the door open.]

...Yamatonokami Yasusada. Please sit if you'd like.

[But here is a Yasusada, shuffling into the office!! He didn't go get tea this time--but he nods at Black Shadows slightly, sitting down. Can he have bunbun in his lap, he needs comfort.]

he can in fact have a lap bun-- if he beckons her over, she will hop up.]

Anyway. Yasusada appreciates the bunbun!! He's surprisingly gentle as he pets her ears, looking at Black Shadows through his bangs.]

Mm. [...Is there any point in beating around the bush? That's not really his style.] Kage-kun... have you all really been telling us the truth?

[He thinks he's been pretty open about wanting to trust them, and it's clear that what happened Thursday night was an accident. But everything else...]

I just... don't understand. If it's accident that we're here, why do we have powers that are meant to do harm?

W0, SUNDAY

[after feeding the blue bunny, it zips off past the receptionist desk and down to the door marked as 3A CONFERENCE ROOM. granting yasusada access to the hallway temporarily. the door swings open for the bunny and as yasusada approaches he'll find a relatively cozy space. a couch pushed against one wall, a whiteboard on the wall opposite to the door, and a low circular table with beanbag chairs set around it. there is a water cooler and snack shelf in one corner of the room, and decorative plants can be found here and there.

yasusada will spot winter sitting up on a beanbag chair that has been dragged over to the corner with the cooler and snacks, their knees drawn up as they swish the contents of a paper cup around. they look up as the blue bunny hops over to their side, reaching out with one hand to pet the bunny.]

...Hi.

[Yasusada has brought A Tea. Maybe someday he'll bring a snack instead, but for now, this is all he knows, okay, let him live.

He shuffles into the office, looking at Winter Wizard with concern. Have they changed their gloves? He'll hold out the tea even if they haven't tbh.]

Yuki-kun...

[the tea is appreciated. it looks like they changed out of their previous outfit, or perhaps magicked the blood away, because their dress and gloves look clean. the conference room doesn't smell like blood, either.]

...Thanks. [they will put down the paper cup to take the tea when it's offered to them.] You can grab a bean bag chair, if you'd like.

[Yasusada hovers for a minute, like he wants to do--something. Anything, really. But he can't think of anything helpful, so he just nods shuffling back. He shuffles over to a bean bag chair, tilting his head at it curiously, before he just sort of. Awkwardly drops down into it, sitting with his legs gracelessly splayed. WHAT IS THIS THING he doesn't get it.

Anyway.]

I hope no one's been angry with you. We all saw that you were forced.

W1, POST TRIAL

[the gray bunny leads yasusada to the gardens, where black shadows is settled in on the grass next to some of the flowers. they appear to simply be vibing here, and their rabbit hops into their lap as it leads yasusada to them.]

Yasusada. Hello.

...am sorry today did not go better.

[Oh, gardens... Yasusada pauses for a minute to look over the flowers, a distant look in his eyes, before he moves over to kneel across from Black Shadows. He shakes his head slightly, sniffling.]

It was our fault. We should have known not to get so distracted.

[He doesn't like Ogata, and if he's totally honest, he's not all that torn up about the result--he isn't a trustworthy man. But Yasusada's been in his shoes, sentenced to death for a crime he didn't commit, and being on the other side doesn't feel good either.]

Kage-kun, is it alright if I ask you some questions again?

[gatonina]

Of course. ...anything needed first? New blanket?

[they appear to be watching yasusada with some concern, after that sniffle. are you good, puppy sword?]

[Yasusada thinks about it for a minute, then shakes his head.]

I'm alright. I'll go to my cabin soon.

[Where he will bundle up and presumably Rest. Until then, though, here they are.]

The three of you--are you allowed to affect the evidence we find?

W2, SATURDAY

[yasusada will be led to the petting zoo, where black shadows is... surrounded by bunnies. they're seated on the ground, fluffy bunnies in their lap, on their shoulders, nibbling at the hem of their robes...

Yasusada. Can I help?

[they offer him a bunny.]

[BUNBUN THERAPY. Yasusada needs it--he and Guy weren't close, but it feels pretty bad to be the one voting for innocent people.]

Hello, Kage-kun. [HE WILL TAKE A BUN. He sits down, stretching out his legs so that the bunnies can hop over him as they please.] I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about the points.

[the buns are content to just hang out with them, hopping over both, nibbling at their clothes sometimes. shadows passes yams some bunny treats to occupy them.]

[the gray rabbit leads yasusada to black shadows' office, where the director is seated at their desk as usual. they seem somewhat subdued, today; that was a lot to watch.]

Yasusada. Good to see you again.

[YEAH! IT SURE WAS!! WHOSE FAULT IS THAT!!!!

Yasusada's--well. He's calmer now, when he comes into the cabin, but he's clearly in need of a shower, because he looks like he's been exercising in the snow all day. (Because he has. BECAUSE THAT WAS A LOT.) But he, too, seems more subdued, now that his frenetic energy has been spent.]

[He's careful of his broken arm as he makes his way inside, sitting down. He looks around the cabin for a long time, then looks back at Black Shadows, tilting his head slightly.]

Where are they?

[yasusada, you're going to have to explain... black shadows tilts their head slightly, and seem to be inspecting him more closely. is he okay. they know about the broken arm, but why does he look like he's been exerting himself, please REST.]

[WIPES BROW here is a Yasusada chilling in sword jail. He looks at Black Shadows at some point, when they're alone.]

Kage-kun? ...Can I ask you some questions right now?

[wen ning nods to him, where he's standing guard by the cell; making sure yasusada stays safe, just as much as others.]

[WEN NING DESERVES BETTER THAN THIS LIFE but Yasusada's quiet for a minute, thinking over how he wants to phrase his words.]

WEEK FIVE, WEDNESDAY

[After ringing the blue bell, Yasusada will get the feeling he should make his way to the living room furniture. It is there that he will find a familiar face decked out in a CAMPSCO uniform, with a name tag that reads WINTER WINZARD from one angle but VERONICA from another. Veronica herself looks a little nervous when she spots him, lifting a hand in greeting from her position on one of the couches.] ... Hey, Yasasuda. How can I help?

Hello, Veronica-san. It's nice to see you again.

[It's not actually because it means they're all stuck here!! But he actually is glad to have someone from the castle around, because it makes things a little easier. For the sake of the mods and also time he will jump straight to the point.]

The roles here--are they the same as they were in castle?
