the memorial hall is quiet at night. with no one there but flayn, maybe she's clever enough to feel the presence of another person.

another familiar person. standing behind her is yin yu's ghost, his mask pushed up to the side of his head (which is attached to his body! hooray!) instead of placing his fist to his hand as usual, when flayn turns, he puts his hand on his heart, and bows there. he can't quite smile, eyes dark, brows knitted together with concern, worry. sorrow, too.

but yin yu stands there nonetheless, and mouths out the syllables slowly, shaking his head where flayn can see him.
